What we collect
When you submit a purchase request we process:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Optional message text
- Preferred payment method and optional payment details
- The folders/photos you selected
Why we need it
These details are used only to process your photo request, confirm it by email, and follow up about payment and delivery.
How long we keep it
Order emails are kept as long as needed to fulfill the request and for normal business records. You can ask for deletion where legally possible.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. Your request is emailed to the photographer. Hosting is provided by the website host (e.g. Novatrend); server logs may include technical data such as IP address.
Your rights
Depending on applicable Swiss/EU law you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. Contact patrick@dorn.io.
Cookies / local storage
The shopping cart uses your browser’s local storage only. Language preference may be stored in a cookie. No advertising cookies are used in this draft.
